Thank you to all guests for joining us in our yearly Lion & Dragon Dance to welcome the Year of the Dragon in Emperors of China! We hope you had a great time and experience the spectacular Chinese New Year Celebration 2024 at Emperors of China Restaurant and enjoyed the festivities. The lion and dragon dance is a traditional Chinese performance that is often used to celebrate special occasions. The dance involves two people who wear colorful costumes that represent a lion and a dragon. The dancers move in a coordinated fashion to create the illusion that the animals are alive. The dance is often accompanied by music and drumming, and it is sure to get you moving and excited! We are so grateful to have had the opportunity to share this tradition with you.
