On February 19th, 2025, the Cambodia Restaurant Association and the Cambodia Tourism Board unveiled a pioneering partnership to globally promote Khmer cuisine.This initiative, led by CRA President Ms. Franz Heng and CTB CEO Mr. Ith Vichit, represents the first official collaboration between the two organizations. The event brought together Cambodia's leading culinary experts and chefs to create a curated selection of traditional Khmer dishes for international promotion.
