Since 2008, Emperors of China has been serving upscale Chinese cuisine. The menu offers a culinary journey through the vast and diverse world of Chinese cuisine. It features the iconic Peking duck, handmade dim sum crafted with precision, and fresh seafood. Culinary Expertise: Meet the Master Chefs of Emperors of China, Cambodia | Chef Lu Shichang and Chef Wen Chuantong At the helm of the kitchen is Chef Lu Shichang, a seasoned dim sum professional with over 30 years of experience. He began his journey with the Haigang Catering Group in 2003 and rose to become the Head Dim Sum Chef at Xiaolan Harbor Restaurant in 2005. After becoming Master Chef Mai's disciple in 2009, Chef Lu took up the mantle of Master Dim Sum Chef at Emperors of China in 2012. His approach of serving steamed-to-order and handmade dim sum has significantly made Emperors of China a household name in dim sum culture in Phnom Penh. Accompanying Chef Lu is Chef Wen Chuantong, a Guangzhou native who has dedicated over 20 years to mastering Cantonese cuisine. With a career spanning multiple cities and a 12-year tenure at Emperors of China, Chef Wen's expertise lies in creating dishes that highlight the original taste of Chinese cuisine while emphasizing meticulous cooking details.
